ELIGIBILITY
Musicians at least 12 years of age who are string-players, flutists, oboists, or pianists.
(Occasionally gifted players under the age of 12 may be considered. Special residential restrictions and fees will apply.

TO APPLY
STEP 1: Submit application form and audition recording.
1a) Download and complete application form and
return via email or USPO to CMOTH,Inc. POB 6

1b) Submit an audition recording. The recording may be audio or video that consists
of 5-10 minutes of the student's recent performance; for example, an mp3 file or
YouTube video. Please submit your audition recording to info@cmoth.org
​

STEP 2: After you’re informed of your acceptance, you will receive the enrollment
agreement, informational forms and waivers. A deposit of $150 will hold your
space and is due within two weeks of receiving acknowledgment of your
acceptance.
​

credit or debit card to pay then any fees will be added to your overall tuition
(2.9% + $.30 per transaction).

However, you may make payments without fees by sending money directly from your own
Paypal account to CMOTH's account as you would if you were sending money to Family/Friends.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarship assistance is available to qualified students who cannot afford the full cost of tuition, and is determined based on
the requirements of the program and the financial need of prospective students. You may inquire once you have been
accepted. Applicants and their parents must complete the financial aid form found

(CMOTH) will make every effort to provide the appropriate assistance to make it possible for all students to attend. Grants will be awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and musical talent.
To be considered for a needs-based scholarship, applicants must complete the financial aid form.
