APPLICATION MATERIALS  

  1. CMOTH Application Form

  2. Two Letters of Recommendation

  3. Uploaded video to YouTube. The recording should include at least two contrasting styles of music. The recording may be a performance as a soloist or in a chamber ensemble.

  4. No Application fee BEFORE January 1st
    If applying after January 1st: $75 Non-refundable Application fee; this will be applied to your tuition.

Returning Campers are exempt from paying the application fee

HOW TO APPLY

(STEP 1) Mail all materials & application fee to:

(STEP 2) Send YouTube link to info@cmoth.org with your name in the subject line.

For your convenience you may now make payments using PayPal. Click on the          DONATE button on the HOME page. This  will take you to the PayPal page where      you may choose the amount you wish to  pay.

Please note that CMOTH will assess a 3%  handling fee on each transaction. You will be charged and asked to pay directly to    CMOTH at Check-In.

TUITION PAYMENTS 

For your convenience you may now make online payments using PayPal. Tuition must be paid in full before the start of your session in order to attend. To make a tuition payment, please click on the donate button below. This will take you to the PayPal page where you may choose the amount you wish to pay.
